Returns and Exchanges
All sale items are final sale.
Returns for applicable products can be made within 30 days of purchase.
All product purchased from a third party must be returned to the location of purchase and will be subject to their return policy.
- Lost Order
- Sorry to hear there’s a delay in delivery - let us help find out where your order is. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll locate or replace your order.
- Order Received with Error
- We’re so sorry! Please email email@example.com and our Customer Care team will be sure to find resolution regarding your incorrect, defective, or missing product right away.
- Order Changes
- Please contact our Customer Care team via firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if you need to change your order, rather than applying for a return. Please be advised that some orders begin fulfillment very soon after placement and it may not always be possible to change.
- International + Events Purchases
- All Events returns must be approved by our Customer Care department within 30 days of purchase, prior to shipping the returned product. At this time we do not accept international returns.
- Can I make an exchange?
- We’re unable to offer an exchange, but are happy to credit your original payment method immediately upon receiving an approved return. If you require a new product before receiving credit, please place a new order and we’d love to help make sure you receive your preferred product!
- Order Cancellation
- We're sorry to hear you would like to cancel your order. Please live chat or email email@example.com to make this request. Please note, we start processing your order as soon as you click "complete order." During processing, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once it begins fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
- Return Shipping
- All goods will be inspected upon return and must be in original condition; please include all original parts, keys/chains, and packaging included with your order.
